Important Clarifications & Terms

Key details, definitions, and operational notes for our temperature-controlled logistics services.

Our "temperature-controlled" service refers to a monitored environment maintained within a specific, pre-agreed range (e.g., -25°C to +4°C) using automated refrigeration and real-time HACCP-compliant sensors. It does not imply a single, static temperature point.
Our primary long-haul transit corridor is the Trans-Canada Highway network. While we serve major Canadian food processing hubs, remote locations may require special routing and additional transit time, which will be communicated and quoted separately.
Real-time monitoring provides temperature and location data. Alerts are triggered for deviations outside the set range. This is a monitoring and alerting service; it does not include automatic corrective action for mechanical failures, which are handled by our 24/7 response team.
"High-capacity" refers to our facilities' designed pallet positions and throughput. Actual available capacity is dynamic. Booking our refrigerated distribution center space in advance is strongly recommended, especially during peak seasons for the food industry.
Our liability is governed by our service contract and is limited to failures directly attributable to our operational negligence, as evidenced by our monitoring logs. We recommend clients maintain their own product insurance for comprehensive coverage of perishable goods in transit.
